Edlira Gjuraj is graduated “Economist for Industry” in 1992, Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana; MBA at Staffordshire University, UK during 1997 -1998; PhD with an in-depth study of the impact of national culture on organisational culture, and she is Associated Professor since 2013. She has more than 25 years of academic career and has worked as a human resource director for the last years in different organisation.

The modern human resources team has moved beyond the legacy responsibilities of payroll and benefits administration, to the role of our people in the digitalisation area and the diversity management. We are part on strategic decision making, and our aim is to by foster success, professional growth, and safe work environment.
