Klodian Bani holds the position of Director of the Quality Monitoring, HSE & QA/QC Department at BALFIN Construction, with over 24 years of professional experience in the construction sector, including more than 16 years of contribution within the company. Mr. Bani holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Tirana. Throughout his career at BALFIN Construction, he has held several key roles, including Site Engineer, Site Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Director, building a well-rounded professional profile across all phases of the construction lifecycle. In his current role, he leads the company’s quality, HSE, and QA/QC systems, ensuring high standards of safety, control, and quality across all projects.
