Altina Deliu holds the position of Finance Director at BALFIN Construction, with over 15 years of experience within the company, where she has consistently contributed to financial and accounting functions since 2010. Ms. Deliu holds a degree in Finance from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana. Since 2016, she has served as Accounting Manager, leading financial reporting processes and strengthening financial control and discipline within the company, while building deep expertise in finance and accounting and ensuring accuracy and control across financial processes. Since March 2026, she has held the position of Finance Director, leading the company’s financial function and supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level.
