Fotelda Dai holds the position of Human Resources Director at BALFIN Construction, with over 10 years of experience in leading the strategic HR function, with a focus on organizational culture, talent development, and transforming HR into a strategic business partner. Ms. Dai holds a degree in Political Science & Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a degree in English & American Studies from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, and a Master’s Degree in European Governance & Politics from the Institute of European Studies, Faculty of Philology, University of Tirana. She also holds CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management. In her role at BALFIN Construction, which she has held since August 2025, she leads the design and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, directly contributing to improved organizational performance and efficiency.
