Kozma Heqimi is “Executive Director” since September 2022 and part of Balfin Construction and BALFIN Group since 2011, initially in the role of Site Engineer and then climbing the career ladder one by one and project by project. For about 4 years he has been the director of the technical department, with a key role in the company as the main pillar of Balfin Construction, leading construction and technical-engineering consulting activities. Mr. Heqimi graduated in 1997 from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Civil Engineering, with the title of Structuralist.
