Kozma Heqimi holds the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer at BALFIN Construction, where he leads site operations and the company’s technical function, ensuring project execution in line with international standards. With more than two decades of experience in the construction and structural engineering sector, he brings significant expertise in managing complex projects, technical leadership, and ensuring high standards of quality and performance. Mr. Heqimi holds a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Tirana. He joined BALFIN Construction in 2011 as a Site Engineer and has progressively advanced into leadership roles, building deep expertise both in field operations and strategic management. For approximately four years, he has led the Technical Department, contributing to strengthening technical and engineering capabilities and coordinating large-scale construction projects. Since September 2022, he has served as Chief Executive Officer, and as of January 2026, he holds the position of Co-CEO, focusing on the company’s strategic direction and long-term development.
