Ledjana Nikaj holds the position of Director of the Procurement and Logistics Department at BALFIN Construction, with over 10 years of experience within BALFIN Group and more than 5 years within the company. Ms. Nikaj holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana. Her professional experience has been primarily focused on managing procurement processes across various operational environments, supplier selection and development, and ensuring efficiency and transparency within the supply chain for complex construction projects. Since 2025, she has been leading the Procurement and Logistics Department at BALFIN Construction, with a focus on optimizing procurement processes and strengthening strategic supplier relationships to support the successful delivery of the company’s projects.
