Mr. Sulaj holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Geotechnics and Geoenvironmental, combining academic expertise with hands-on experience in the field and in the management of complex construction projects. Since May 2026, he has been part of Balfin Construction, where he leads the Technical Department — one of the company’s key and strategic functions in ensuring high execution standards in construction. He plays a fundamental role in technical leadership and quality assurance across all project execution phases, strategically coordinating engineering and operational teams to optimize processes and strengthen overall performance in the delivery of complex construction projects.
