Redi Mitezi holds the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer at BALFIN Construction since January 2026, where he leads the company’s overall performance and strategic innovation. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive expertise in architectural design and project management, collaborating with both local and international partners. An Architect by profession, he holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. Since joining BALFIN Construction in 2016, Mr. Mitezi has held several key senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Deputy CEO. With a decade of experience within the Group, he has a proven track record in managing complex projects, with a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and process integration.
