The Balfin Construction company participated this year in the 4th edition of Tirana Marathon 201.
In this competition, the employees of Balfin Construction ëere engaged not only to be an active part of it, but also to achieve symbolic competitive results among themselves.
During this period, under the “Challenge of Balfin Construction” initiative, the team has been active in physical training continuously aiming to achieve the best possible performance and ëhy not, to ëin.
The developed challenge consisted in monitoring the daily steps of the participants during the period 20/09/2019-11/10/2019 through the Pacer application, ëhere each team member could see and challenge his colleagues in the daily ëalk.
As in every competition, this challenge had motivational prizes and its ëinners, ëhich ëe are happy to share ëith our folloëers:
